Beef Halves and Quarters

We have freezer beef available monthly! 

We are currently booking for butcher on February 19th, 2025 pickup early March. 

 

Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal (about 380lbs. for each half of the carcass), our current price is $3.55/lb. It is APPROXIMATELY $650-700 for a quarter and $1,300-1,400 for a half. This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to Gary’s Custom Meats at pick up. Processing will be about $150 per quarter of beef. 

Payment to Kaminski Farms is due PRIOR to pick up at Gary’s Custom Meats.  

 

An ESTIMATE of a Typical Quarter of Beef

38-40 lbs. of Ground Beef 

4-6 Chuck Roasts (2 ½ lbs. each) 

2 Arm Roasts 

4-5 T-Bone Steaks (1” thick)

2-3  Porterhouse Steaks (1” thick) 

5-6 Ribeye Steaks (1” thick) 

½ Brisket  

1 Rump Roast (3-4lbs.) 

3 Sirloin Steaks (1” thick) 

5 Round Steak 

1 Sirloin Tip (3-4lbs.) 

4-5 lbs. Stew Meat 

3/4 lbs. Skirt & Flank Steak. 

Soup Bones

Heart/Liver/Tail and Tongue shared between ALL buyers

 

These are APPROXIMATE quantities as each animal varies in size and length.

Final packaged weight is APPROXIMATELY 130lbs
